Cancellation Policy
*PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING*
Booking with me means you agree to the following policy:
All clients are required to book online & have an active card on file.
All cancellations & reschedules must be made 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If failure to do so at the 48 hour mark you will be charged a 50% service fee.
There is a 10 minute grace period from the time appointment starts, any client that is later than the 10 minute grace period will be turned away and is considered a no call / no show.
ALL no call / no show clients will be charged 100% of your service.
Any no call / no shows & failure to pay your cancellation / rescheduling fee will result in an automatic client ban.
Please try to avoid bringing extra guests & children.
